Moe`s Soutdwest Grill in Sicklerville

They had no soda flavoring and the employees were rude. The cashier was eating chips in one customer's face. The only reason we went was because of moe monday and the food was ok. I also was not given a reciept by the cashier.

Most horrible Moe's and I love Moe's. Dirty, gnats everywhere, most of the tables dirty despite no customers and at least 5 employees, out of most soda flavors. I will not be back to this location.

When it first opened, this place was the go-to for my husband and I. Since then, it has gone totally downhill. The last time we went, it was horrible. The place was a mess, and the workers were screwing around. Half the food trays were empty, and our food was cold. Very disappointing. We haven't been back in almost a year.

Went to Moes after a Caucasian couple at 8:40pm and the guy there told only me that they were closed even though the sign said 9pm. I will not support a racist chain.

Place is filthy. Food is so old it isn't edible. The staff is the worst part they are rude and wear the same gloves to take your money as they do to get your food.

Poor service . The staff were playing around and talking about getting high . Running through the establishment as if it were a hang out. Eating food from behind the counter and walking around and eating . So i guess they were high lol . I'll never go back

Gnats flying around the self serve salsa bar...not acceptable. ..Staff needs re-training as one staffer was not familiar with their own menu and item names.

Only came in for chips and queso and still got disappointed. People behind the counter not in proper attire, wearing baggy sweat pants and preparing food without gloves. Followed by walking around by the food with his hands down the front of his pants. Various flies and bugs around salsa counter. Half the chips received were stale and disgusting. Food been sitting out for hours or days. Entire place has gone down hill since the chicken change.

This restaurant is disgusting! The service is terrible: the staff got my order wrong about 5 times making me stay for about 45 minutes! Also, gnats in the salsa... GROSS!!! Soda machines always have barely and flavors and the food is way worse than the other locations... i would suggest going to any other Moes than this!

Dirty!!, food was old and young kids who could care less about the service!!. Probably could be a nice place and good food. This particular place needs the owner to come and visit and see what a crappy place it is. Distgusting and will never go back. I did give this place a second chance also. The first time was also a bad experience. I'll stick with California tortilla where it's clean and food is fresh!!

Gross!!!!! This place was FILTHY with fruit flies swarming the salsa bar. I watched a worker drop a spatula on the floor and pick it up and use it. Boy workers had pants hanging off their bums with underwear showing. Dept of Health should close it down!

Pretty good. Food was fresh and delicious. Prices not so friendly. Same price as Chipotle but not on same level with food.

The food here does not match other local Moe's. The food is of lower quality and seems to sit out longer. The workers show no enthusiasm. Almost no will to live it seems. You being there distracts them from doing nothing and they hate you for it. They often run out of chips, but they will make more if you wait 10+ minutes. There are some employees that are really nice too, but I don't often see them.

Just Horrible. The lettuce was pink and I ask if they are going to change it and he told me that they just got it like that... So Yeah... I decided no Lettuce for me... At checkout my husband gives them the card to pay ,the employee swipes it hands it back and walks away, no thank you, no receipt ...Yeah heres customer service for you, never coming back

This place is a dump. Absolutely filthy. Food is not edible. You can tell it’s been sitting around all day. The chips were stale and burned.Staff was a hot mess, totally disheveled and disorganized. They are also rude and you can tell they don’t want to be there and don’t care. This place has really gone down the drain. Can’t believe this company allows one of their chains to run this way.

Workers appear to be hanging out in the back you get there and they get to you at there convenience. The place is dirty and in the 15 mins I was there the workers refilled there drinks about 3 times each. Worse Moes ever.

This place is dirty. There were lots of fruit flies in the salsa counter. When I went to scoop up the salsa about 10 flies can out. It turned my stomach. The table wobbles and floor to is sticky. This place is gross. I usually never write reviews but this place is gross. Please clean it up.

Asked for no rice, got rice. Staff is absolutely awful! Surprised this place is still open. Read the reviews.

This place was by far the worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to and if I could’ve given a negative star I definitely would. The soda machine wasn’t working, the bathroom was dark and the paint in the dinning area was peeling AND there was knats and fruit flies everywhere.

$27!!!! $27 for what? The best part of the meal was my chips & queso dip. Little flys flying over the salsa taple. The steak tacos were “ok”. Man I got better customer service there from the drink machine!

Staff does not care about service at all. Bathrooms often smell like they have not been cleaned in weeks. During one visit, an employee was preparing my burrito and while heating up the tortilla in the tortilla press proceeded to take out his phone with his sanitation gloves on. After asking him to change is gloves because god knows where his phone has been, he rolled his eyes, let out a significant sigh and reluctantly changed them. He then proceeded to be rude throughout the rest of the transaction because I made him change his gloves for the reason they're to be worn in the first place. My girlfriend and I only visited because they had a manager, Victoria, who was very sweet, helpful, and considerate. Since she left, there is no reason to eat there.

Went here over the weekend with some friends. The entire staff was unorganized, unfriendly, and arguing with each other and every customer. So disorganized and DIRTY, its really a shame. There was one worker there who was trying the best he could, not taking obvious short cuts, and actually cared about the quality of service and every single customer. A co-worker was being so mean to him and since her and the manager had a obvious flirtatious relationship, this poor kid was being so mistreated. I believe his name is Elisha or something. Everyones orders were mixed up by THE MANAGER, so Elisha kept trying to help him, make all the orders, and still managed to welcome every single customer with an amazing attitude. SHAME ON MOE'S MANAGEMENT! This worker deserves a raise for putting up with verbal abuse and it was so unprofessional of them to do it in front of customers. But Elisha took a deep breath, continued serving the customers and was so gracious about it.

I love Mexican food and Moe’s doesn’t disappoint. There is no outdoor seating but plenty of seating inside. Located next to T-Mobile and Starbucks if you want to throw down a mocha after that spicy burrito.

Worst Moe's ever! Unresponsive clueless staff... messed up my order& hubby's.It's a shame, i was so looking forward to having a closer Moe's. This location is a disgrace.Deptford location rocks! I will continue to go to Moe's but only in Deptford.

What a dump! Trashy place behind the counter, water running non stop from the sink. Employees that are clueless and do not care about there jobs. They were rude and not polite when ordering I should have went to chipotle instead.

This Moes is absolutely terrible. Besides the bugs covering the walls the food is never fresh and the staff always seems to be miserable. On multiple occasions of going to this location the person making my food has pulled their cellphone out sent a text and then went on to finish making my food. I've been to other locations and they are so much better. When walking into the Sicklerville location instead of being greeted you get dirty looks from a group of teenagers (the staff) who make you feel like an inconvenience for them having to actually do their job. This Moes is only 2 minutes from my house but I wont be going back. I'd rather travel a little farther to another Moe's and get great service and fresh food.

This location and the deptford location have the same owner im pretty sure. Explains why they are both terrible. Just left this location and they were telling everyone they were closing to prevent people from dining in. This was an hour before they officially closed. I went from getting moes a minimum of 3 times a week to maybe once a month. Atrocious.

Dirty. The items have bizarre names that have no relationship to what you're purchasing.

Food was good staff was really nice

I've been to other locations, so much better than my experience here. The 2 employees were anything but pleasant, my burrito was so wet... when I tried to take a bite, a squishy brown and guacamole watery mess came out the other end... disgusting! The chips were stale and flavorless; all the food, for that matter, was flavorless. I will never use this location again.

There were gnats covering the walls, the staff was very emotionless and the food is overpriced for the service you receive. My fiancé and I agree this Moes is very dirty and have been to a few others that were much more well kept. I think this place needs to be renovated and bug bombed. Not returning.

I gave Moe’s 3/5 stars because of the food. Yes the place is dirty and the workers below average but for a pretty cheap quick meal I don’t know what else you’d expect. All I see if people complaining expecting a 5 Star gourmet meal where you can get a burrito for $7. People these days #MoesMondayTillIDie
